Samsung Electronics has officially launched The Frame HL03H model at HITEC 2026, the premier global event for hospitality technology, held from June 15-18 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. This innovative Art TV model, tailored for hotels and premium commercial environments, integrates art, entertainment, and connected services, creating a dual-function display and design element in guest accommodations and shared spaces.
Strategic Features of The Frame for Hospitality
The Frame HL03H introduces Samsung’s Art TV concept into the hospitality display market, merging 4K QLED picture quality with a design that complements upscale interiors. Equipped with an Anti Glare panel and a Slim Fit Wall Mount, the TV offers a sleek, gallery-like installation. By integrating essential connection components directly into the display, The Frame simplifies installation, eliminating the need for a separate One Connect Box. The product also includes optional magnetic bezels for customizable aesthetics.
The Collection Hub feature enriches the Art TV experience by enabling hotels to display curated artwork, photography, or branding visuals when the TV is not in use. The innovative Generative Wallpaper function allows guests to create AI-generated screen backgrounds, enhancing personalization. This model is the first in Samsung’s hospitality TV range to support both Generative Wallpaper and Live Translate, the latter facilitating multilingual accessibility by providing subtitles for local broadcasts.
Enhanced Connectivity and Guest Experience
From Samsung’s 2025 hotel TV offerings onward, including the HL03H model, Google Cast and Apple AirPlay capabilities are available. Guests can effortlessly stream content from their mobile devices to the in-room TV via a simple QR code scan, with automatic deletion of connection data upon checkout to safeguard privacy.
LYNK Cloud: A Comprehensive Hospitality Solution
Samsung’s LYNK Cloud serves as a robust hospitality cloud solution, allowing hotel staff to monitor TV statuses, update on-screen services, and manage guest-facing content from a centralized platform. This system enhances guest interaction by providing digital concierge services directly through in-room displays, enabling booking and service ordering.
Additionally, LYNK Cloud’s Business Intelligence capabilities offer insights into guest interactions with TV services, facilitating the tailoring of hotel offerings and the identification of potential revenue streams. It also supports the management of art content on The Frame, ensuring displays align with the hotel’s branding and ambient conditions.
Samsung will be demonstrating The Frame for hotels at booth 2442 during HITEC 2026. The model is slated for availability in 43-, 55-, 65-, and 75-inch sizes, with a global release scheduled for the latter half of 2026.
