Samsung’s AI-Driven Innovations Elevate Personalized Learning Solutions at ISTELive 2026

At ISTELive 2026 in Orlando, Florida, Samsung Electronics unveiled its latest advancements in AI-powered classroom technology, emphasizing personalized and efficient educational experiences through its Android-based Interactive Display portfolio. These innovations are designed to enhance teacher-student engagement and streamline educational processes.

AI Integration and Classroom Efficiency

Samsung introduced the Account Management Solution (AMS) and expanded the Samsung AI Assistant capabilities, updating the Samsung Education Portal to facilitate personalized and efficient classroom display management. Educators can now securely access their personalized settings, apps, and files across campus using QR codes or NFC-enabled ID cards. Additionally, the Samsung Education Portal offers centralized management of users, devices, and emergency alerts, enhancing IT support capabilities.

The Samsung AI Assistant provides practical tools such as Circle to Search, Live Transcript, AI Summary, and AI Quiz, assisting teachers in quickly retrieving instructional content, summarizing lessons, creating formative assessments, and supporting multilingual learners. These solutions minimize technology management time, allowing educators to focus more on teaching.

Enhancing Teaching through AI

AI was a central topic at ISTELive, with educators showing strong interest in tools that augment teaching. In a joint session, Jonathan del Rosario, Head of Product at Samsung Electronics America, and Madeleine Mortimore from Logitech highlighted how integrated technology can improve classroom engagement and ease for educators.

Del Rosario stated, “The educator remains the driving force in the classroom. Our Interactive Displays are designed to simplify lesson planning and engagement, using AI to allow teachers to concentrate more on students while creating richer learning experiences.”

The session emphasized a shift towards integrated classroom ecosystems combining hardware, software, and pedagogy to facilitate sustained student engagement and differentiated instruction. It underscored the importance of campus-wide collaborative platforms.

Real-World Classroom Applications

During the conference, educators experienced Samsung’s AI capabilities firsthand, noting their immediate applicability in classrooms. Tambra Clark, Technology Integration Facilitator at Birmingham City Schools, praised the Samsung AI Assistant’s Circle to Search feature for its efficiency in providing credible instructional resources without disrupting lessons. She also highlighted the transformative nature of Live Transcript, AI Summary, and AI Quiz features.

Jelena Zivko, Senior Instructional Technology Specialist with Volusia County School District, pointed out how Samsung AMS addresses the challenge of supporting teachers moving between learning spaces by offering seamless access to personal teaching environments across classrooms.

Future of Connected Classrooms

Samsung also showcased its expanded Android-based Interactive Display portfolio, including new models such as the WAF-S, WAFX-PS, and WAHX-M. These models introduce Android 16, enhanced AI capabilities, and a 98-inch display designed for larger educational settings.
