With the drama on Bigg Boss 20 reaching fever pitch, former Bigg Boss champion Gauahar Khan has once again dived into the fray, this time offering her take on the latest episode of the Salman Khan-hosted reality sensation. In a dramatic turn of events during the captaincy challenge, boxing legend Mary Kom found herself hitting the mat, attributing her fall to a push from fellow contestant Qazi Touqeer.
Gauahar, however, is not convinced by this narrative. Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared a video dissecting the incident, drawing on her own intense experiences from her Bigg Boss days. She remarked on the physically and mentally taxing nature of the show’s tasks, having tackled many herself.
“Our country’s pride, Mary Kom, who has unmatched strength to outdo anyone, said she fell because Qazi put his hand in the bag! Come on! On the Weekend Ka Vaar, this should be addressed! I sincerely request,” Gauahar stated passionately. She added, “Mary Kom ji fell in a manner reminiscent of a little girl, without any severe pull involved. I believe the bag was heavy, but considering Mary Kom’s formidable prowess, I expected more resilience—both physically and mentally.”
Fans are eagerly anticipating the Weekend Ka Vaar episode, where Salman Khan is expected to weigh in on the controversy. Just last week, he grilled Rhiti Tiwari over her self-proclaimed ‘rockstar’ status, contrasting her journey with that of Qazi’s.
“The issue is, you’re the only one calling yourself a rockstar; no one else is,” Salman pointedly remarked. “A rockstar is someone who’s triumphed over hardships to reach a level of acclaim. Qazi embodies that spirit, having endured so much.”
The whirlwind that is Bigg Boss 20 kicked off on September 6, featuring an eclectic cast of 16 vibrant personalities, including MC Mary Kom, Mahhi Vij, Amrapali Dubey, Scout OP, Qazi Touqeer, Yung DSA, and Rhiti Tiwari. The stage is set for more thrilling twists and turns as the season unfolds.
